yeah.. same here, when I translate comics I think same like that.
but try! no one blame you by little ink dot on a paper.
and effort to do show your fics and translate them for readers is enough.

How about drawing semi-transparent white line or toning on the part of images for uploading?
I usually used that, It will prevent stealing.
and overlay few sample images by another to hide part of them might be helpful too.
or sign your name on the images, it’s general.
