On your Dashboard, click the icon that looks like a person.
Step #2:
It will take you to this page. Click on the blog you want to open the ask box in.
Step #3:
Scroll down until you see the section that says Ask, and then click the button beside it so you see blue like in the picture. The second slider is the one that allows anonymous users to ask questions.
After that, it should work!
