I’m processing this just like how I did in Korea.
‘Payment first’ is for checking payment and form clearly and preventing confusing.
(because if I don’t do that, the gap of payment and form writing time is very confusing.)

I am not a regular seller so I can’t give you formal receipt.
but I will send E-mail to one who buy the goods when I ship them.
and If you want to refund I will do that immediately (before the shipment of course).

I am already on packaging!
